We understand there can be reasons for subscription payments to fail. If your credit card is due to expire, our system will inform you of this one month before the expiry date.
If you do not subsequently update your credit card details and your card has already expired when your next LightRocket payment is due, access to your LightRocket will be suspended and you’ll need to contact us at info@lightrocket.com to re-activate your account and update your payment details.
